My name is Constancia Loubriel, and I am a wine enthusiast who works as a freelance writer and content creator. I specialize in the world of wine and sake, and I go by the name Epicurean Angel.
Through my website, I share my passion for Wine, Sake, and Travel. After running my own business for almost two decades, I reached a point of exhaustion. To recharge myself, I decided to take a month-long break in Italy.
This trip turned out to be transformative as I fully immersed myself in Italian culture, met amazing people, and indulged in their incredible cuisine and wines. It was during this experience that I set a personal goal to retire from my company before turning 40, which was 2010.
Currently, I hold the Wset Diploma and have aspirations of becoming a Master of Wine and Sake educator.
