Empire EE Estate

The finger lakes region on the east coast of the United States rarely achieves the praise or attention compared to recognizable areas of the west coast of the country, namely California. It’s a special region.it – This website is for sale! – Region Resources and Information. region. It’s Surrounded with temperate effects of the lakes, the cool Atlantic to the east, and the Canadian Rockies to the north that shields it somewhat from the Antarctic extreme temperatures. The region may not be the first thought that comes to mind when choosing a Riesling; however, they are extraordinary. They display sharp edge acid and core mineral character of Alsace, complemented with succulent ripe stone and tropical fruit of Australia’s Eden Valley.

Pale gold. On the nose high-Intensity mineral of crushed rocks, yellow apples, white peach, baked apricot, lemon zest, white flowers, with a hint of petrol. On the palate ripe orchard fruits, apples, pears stone fruit peach pith, apricot compote, succulent honeydew melon, lemon rind, fresh white flowers, mineral petrol. Dry, high acid, medium alcohol, light-body, high intensity, lively texture, long finish. This a very good wine, it pleasantly balanced with generous acid, ripe fruit and intensely aromatic including developing hints of petrol. It has a strong core concentration on the mid-palate bright lively, perfumed and delivers a persistent finish. Can age a few years more, preserved by its profound acid.
